远程控制是不可以重装电脑系统的。
要想远程控制他人的电脑是要对方电脑能够运行才能实现远程控制。
如果操作过程中把原系统删除了不能重新启动，启动没有系统就不能实现远程控制。
远程只能给对方安装应用软件，或其它操作。
远程安装电脑系统需要硬件支持，类似电子教室中的远程控制，但实现真正的远程安装系统是很难的，技术程度很高，一般情况不太容易实现。因一个裸机什么应用都没有，不可能与外界建立某种连接，也无法实现远程操控。
要实现远程安装系统，电脑要原来一个系统，DOS或其它的系统，同时与远程操控的系统要相互兼容，最好是同种操作系统如windows系统，还要一个能实现远程操控的软件系统。
现在的QQ中就带有这一功能，通过远程电脑对受控电脑进行相关的第二系统安装操作，但要保证远程控制软件能随电脑一起启动运行。
如果用QQ要在其中的设置中设置好，自动登陆和自动接受控制，其它的控制软件也要有相对应的设置，才能实现真正的远程完全操控。
例如安装了某些远程控制软件就可以控制你的电脑，通常植入个人计算机远程控制软件有几种方法：
某些别有用心的人把正常软件重新打包捆绑上远程控制软件（也常常植入木马或者），当计算机联网以后被植入的远程控制软件主动连接控制端，这是最古老的一种方法。
利用浏览网页时传播（可能以某些IE插件方式进入）。
通过系统漏洞对系统进行溢出等攻击然后植入控制软件或者木马。
首先养成使用计算机者有一个良好的使用习惯是最重要的，保证杀毒软件时实监控开启、保证每周至少更新一次杀毒软件库（建议每周更新两到三次）、保证每月至少执行一次Windows Update更新Windows系统、半年更新一次防火墙、关闭不必要的系统账户、为系统账户设置秘密、如有必要创建一个受限账户平时以受限账户登陆计算机和使用计算机、不浏览陌生网站、不打开陌生人发来的电子邮件。

准备所需文件（本机操作）
首先准备好vFloppy、WinImage、Ghost.exe等三款软件，以及Windows XP的系统映像文件（本例为：winxPSP2.gho）。如MM的电脑上没有备份操作系统映像，你可以自己制作一个万能映像文件，通过网络传给她。不会问我怎么制作吧？用GOHST备份呀，备份你自己的.！
实战操作
第1步：打开记事本，输入内容如下：

保存为“boot.ini”(不含引号，下同)文件。
第2步：在记事本中新建一个文件，输入内容如下：
smartdrv.exe
d:＼ghost＼ghost.exe -clone,mode=pload,src=d:＼ghost＼WINXPSP2.GH1,dst=1:1 -sure -rb
保存为“autoexec.bat”自动批处理文件。
第3步：安装WinImage，通过它打vFloppy目录下的BOOTDISK.img，把上面建立的autoexec.bat文件导入进去以替换原有的同名文件(见图1)，保存磁盘映像。
远程遥控MM操作
接下来通过QQ指挥MM做一些简单的事情就可以了。如果你安装了pcanywhere，还是自己动手！鉴于一般人没有安装pcanywhere，就用QQ代替吧！
第1步：通过QQ将BOOTDISK.img、vFloppy.exe、Ghost.exe、boot.ini传送给MM。如果对方的电脑中没有Windows XP的映像文件，还得将winxpsp2.gho文件也传给她。
第2步：预先把操作步骤在QQ上告诉MM，让她记下来按步骤操作，如果你安装了pcanywhere，就自己动手，丰衣足食了！
1.把Ghost.exe和winxpsp2.gho放到D:＼ghost目录下；
2.运行vFloppy.exe，把映象文件设置为BOOTDISK.img，其他选项不用动(见图2)，点击“应用”，在弹出的两个对话框上都选择“否”；
3.把boot.ini复制到C根目录下，替换原有的同名文件；
4.重新启动电脑就可以啦，autoexec.bat中的命令会自动帮MM完成系统镜像恢复的操作。
上面介绍的方法并不怎么高深莫测，只是比较灵活地运用了一些常用软件而已。不过说实话，真的安装起来，不知道MM那边会不会出现一些意外的操作，还真不敢说啊，祈祷她能完全按我所说的做吧。
这只是针对安装XP，如果你要安装windows 2000服务器版或者是2003服务器版，我记得服务器版的操作系统都有一个远程安装服务，完全可以利用那个来安装操作系统，看来微软想的还是比较周到的。

苹果笔记本远程连接windows系统步骤如下：（演示使用MAC PRO电脑，其他MAC电脑操作大致相同）
1丶找到苹果自带的parallels client软件。
2丶打开parallels client，点击连接中的新建连接。
3丶输入你的windows服务器地址点击确定即可。
第一步：在Windows 2003服务器的桌面上鼠标右键点击我的电脑，然后依次打开计算机管理->服务和应用程序->Internet信息服务(IIS)管理器，用鼠标右键点击“Internet信息服务(IIS)管理器”
第二步：选择属性，打开属性窗体
第三步：先勾选“允许直接编辑配置数据库”（这是为了方便后面要紧行的系统参数修改操作），点击“应用”按钮使这一操作生效；
第四步：点击“MIME类型”按钮，打开窗体
第五步：点击“新建”按钮
第六步：点击“确定”按钮关闭“MIME类型”窗口；
第七步：点击“应用”按钮，再点击点击“确定”按钮关闭属性窗口；
第八步：查找系统配置文件/WINDOWS/system32/inetsrv/metabase.xml，用文本编辑器打开对其进行编辑操作；
第九步：在metabase.xml查找“AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed”字段，这里记录的是系统允许的实体请求的大小，因为笔者的安装程序的大小在60M左右，所以修改后面的数值为“81920000”，保存该文件，结束编辑；
最后一步，为了使前面的所有操作生效请重新启动IIS。
